OLD TOWN and the TOWN HALL – here you will find the majority of the most magnificent and precious monuments, including the unique, Poland’s largest complex of bourgeois tenement houses. The Gothic Town Hall dating back to the 13yh century is one of them. The Town Hall is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
ARTUS’ HALL – is one of the most stunning buildings in Toruń. Concerts and important events are held in its Great Room.
COPERNICUS’ HOUSE – a Gothic tenement house where the famous astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus was born. Today it is a museum of his life and scientific work.
GOTHIC CASTEL – ruins of a Teutonic Order castle with a well-preserved dansker , i.e. a restroom tower.
PLANETARIUM – Poland’s most modern Planetarium, here you will feel a part of the universe.
CIECHOCINEK – one of the most popular spas in Poland. A European-scale attraction is three salt graduation towers built in the 19th century.
CHEŁMNO – this 13th century town preserved its entire medieval walls, 23 donjons, the historical Grudziądz Gate and interesting churches.
GOLUB-DORZYŃ – a Teutonic Knights’ castle dating back to the 13th century. Today, the castle offers a museum, a hotel and café, and hosts popular knights’ tournaments that are held in July each year.
